These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Innovation Auto Collision LLC website and its online estimate-request features. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or submit an online estimate request.

Website Purpose

The website provides general information about Innovation Auto Collision and allows users to submit vehicle and damage information for preliminary review.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, insurance, financial, or other professional advice.

Online Estimate Requests

An online estimate request is not a final repair estimate, guaranteed price, repair authorization, appointment confirmation, insurance determination, or agreement to perform work.

Any preliminary assessment or estimate may be based solely on the information and photographs you provide. Photographs may not reveal hidden, structural, mechanical, electrical, or additional damage.

Parts availability, labor requirements, material costs, diagnostic work, insurer requirements, market conditions, and damage discovered during an in-person inspection or repair may affect the final price and scope of work.

Final pricing, repair scope, scheduling, payment obligations, and warranties will be governed by the repair documents and agreements provided in connection with the actual work.

No Guarantee of Service or Response

Submitting an estimate request does not require Innovation Auto Collision to accept your vehicle, perform repairs, provide a particular estimate, meet a requested deadline, or enter into a service relationship.

We may decline, delay, or request additional information concerning any submission.

Your Responsibilities

By using the website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
• Submit information only for a vehicle you own or are authorized to represent.
• Upload only photographs and content you own or have permission to provide.
• Ensure that your submission does not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual-property, or other legal rights.
• Avoid submitting sensitive information that has not been requested.
• Use the website only for lawful purposes.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Submit false, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or unlawful requests.
• Upload malware, malicious code, unlawful material, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
• Attempt to access another person’s submission, account, or any nonpublic portion of the website.
• Attempt to bypass security, authentication, access controls, rate limits, or submission restrictions.
• Interfere with the website, its servers, networks, availability, or security.
• Use bots, scripts, scrapers, or other automated tools to abuse, overload, probe, or extract information from the website.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority over a person, telephone number, email address, or vehicle.

Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of photographs and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Innovation Auto Collision a limited, nonexclusive license to store, reproduce, review, process, and use that content as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, evaluate vehicle damage, prepare an estimate, provide requested services, maintain appropriate records, and comply with applicable law.

This license ends when the content is deleted, except to the extent that continued retention is required or permitted by law or the content has been incorporated into records associated with an actual repair or business transaction.

Thirty-Day Deletion

Information submitted through the online estimate-request form is retained for up to 30 days after submission and is then automatically deleted from our active systems.

This 30-day period applies to online estimate-request information, including submitted contact details, vehicle details, VIN, damage information, messages, and uploaded photographs.

It does not necessarily apply to records created outside the online estimate-request form, including completed repair records, signed authorizations, insurance records, invoices, payments, warranties, or information that must be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes.

Communications

When you provide contact information, you authorize Innovation Auto Collision to respond using the contact methods you select or separately consent to, including telephone, email, or text message.

Text messages may concern your estimate request, quote, appointment, vehicle, repair inquiry, or related customer service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Intellectual Property

The website and its design, code, text, graphics, logos, illustrations, photographs, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Innovation Auto Collision and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access and use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, or exploit website content without prior written authorization, except where permitted by law.

Third-Party Services and Links

The website may use or link to services operated by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, content, security, privacy practices, terms, or actions of independent third parties.

Website Availability

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website at any time. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, current, or free from errors.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that website content or a preliminary online estimate will be complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose. This disclaimer does not exclude any warranty that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innovation Auto Collision LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Innovation Auto Collision LLC from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or the website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Revised Terms become effective when posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
